Ionic: Cationic

Compatibility: easily soluble in cold or hot water

Composition: Fat amide ethoxymethyl ammonium compound

[Main Features]

① Enable weaving or yarn super soft hand feeling.

②Cold water dilutable

③ It has good wettability and good hydrophilic property

④ It is stable to acid, base and electrolyte under normal application conditions

⑤ Good compatibility with nonionic, cationic and amphoteric ions

⑥Whiteness treated fabrics have only a slight yellowing

⑦ Strong hand feeling, the larger dosage using, the hand feeling will be more better.

[Scope of Application]

①Suitable for washing towel and jeans clothes

②Suitable for soft finishing of natural fiber, synthetic fiber and yarn

③ It can be used as raw material of pilling agent and hand lifting agent

[Operation Process]

Both rolling processes and dipping and are available

General usage:

①The dosage of the dip rolling process UN-03 is 2 ~ 10 g/l

②The dosage of impregnation method UN-03 is 0.3 ~ 0.8% of the fabric weight

【 Chemical Method 】

1. Under stirring, slowly add the soft oil UN-03 into the measured water in proportion of 6-10%

   ②Continue to stir for 30 minutes,will be obtain a uniform milky white dispersion liquid

   【 Package 】 ：120 kg/plastic drum. Or 200 kg/ Metal drum

   【 Save Storage 】

1. It can be stored in the original package for at least 15 months

   ②It will solidifies in cold weather
